February- Bella's Birthday, New Car, and Bowling

Every single phase that Isabella and Natalia go through I think is my favorite. But right now is really my favorite. They play well together, they are very funny, and they are really creative. One of Natalia's favorite shows right now is Super Why. She got a Super Why costume for Christmas and she loves to dress up and solve mysteries around the house.

February brings Bella's favorite day- her birthday! We started off her morning with a balloon party! The girls spent lots of time playing volleyball.

Lunch was at one of her favorite pizza joints, Papa's Pizza. The girls spent more time playing in the structure while waiting for our pizza. Bella also won a couple of new balls.

After dinner, we topped off the day with frozen yogurt. Bella had a fun family birthday, and was very excited for her big friend party on the weekend.

Natalia likes Bella's birthday, too, because she gets pizza and ice cream. What is not to like?

The following weekend we hosted a party for Bella's friends at Putter's Pizza. They have a great indoor playground which is perfect for winter birthdays. As you can see, she had a very pink birthday!

Later in the month, Jose brought home another Lincoln. This one is a 66 Continental, and the girls think it is great! He wanted to show it to us with a family ride.

The girls were very excited to take a spin around the neighborhood on the couch seats.

I found this picture on my phone and it made me laugh. This perfectly sums up our life right now while trying to find the work-life balance. Cleaning day is on Saturday and sometimes during the week this happens. (Ok, all the time except Saturday morning.)

I love hanging out with these monkeys! They are just so entertaining.

At the end of the month, we celebrated the birthday of Bella's friend, Summer. She had a face painter come to her house and the girls got to pick what they wanted. Bella was, of course, a butterfly.

The moms also got our faces painted.

I don't even know what is going on here, but Natalia is not pleased. This girl has a great mad face.

Finally, February's Year of Fun event was bowling. We took the girls to Cosmic bowling. Jose was giving Bella a few pointers. They had a great time dancing in between frames!

Natalia's technique was definitely interesting, but it worked for her!
