Sunriver 2014 aka Family Honeymoon

The Monday after Jenna and Wren's wedding, our family headed east to Sunriver for a vacation. Since Jenna didn't think she could get a lot of time off for a honeymoon, we called our trip a "family honeymoon."

Sunday evening, Jill, Josh, and I headed to Winco to stock up on groceries for the week. Two carts later, we were ready. P.S. I love Winco! It is stressful to bag your own groceries, but where else can you get a week's worth of groceries for ten people for less than $400.

After a last minute trip to the store to get some forgotten items, we loaded up the car and left. Only 2 hours later than we wanted. (See how excited the girls are? Haha!)

The house we rented was perfect for us! There was a large table and family room, plus a hot tub. The home was on the golf course, so we had a few scares with flying golf balls, but the location was close to the store and the gym.

We spent a lot of time relaxing and lazing around.

This picture didn't want to post very well from instagram, but you can see that nap time was quite popular.

We also had lots of yummy food and game nights around the table.

There was more relaxing on the couch. Somehow, Wren grew some extra arms.

Isabella and Natalia had fun taking out all the pieces to every board game in the entire house. Picking up, however, was not as much fun.

And, then, we relaxed some more.

The deck was a great spot to enjoy the sun and BBQ.

We had a great time relaxing with our family. (and two pashis)
