Frank & Antonia's Wedding and Swimming Lessons- July 2013

Our second wedding of the season was also near Portland. Jose's friend, Frank, got married in a barn in Wilsonville.

 The couple was so sweet, and it was great to catch up with them and hear stories from his family.

In July, Bella also started swimming lessons. She loves the water, but is a little fearful of pools, so we wanted to get her some confidence. Her teacher was very nice, and Bella really enjoyed the first class.

Natalia liked playing on the bleachers and watching.

At class number 2, they started dunking the kids underwater and Bella was over it. I took her a few more times to see if she would learn to be ok with water on her face, but it always ended in tears. So, we opted out of the last few weeks. Better luck next year! In the meantime, we are practicing in the bathtub.
