My New Favorite Season

Growing up, summer was always my favorite season. No school, my birthday, fireworks and baseball games. What is not to love? However, since graduation (oh, 6 or so years ago, YIKES!) fall has been growing on me. I think not having a break for 3 months each year and working on my birthday has taken some of the luster off summer.

Fall in Oregon is especially beautiful! There is just the perfect amount of crispness in the air, Duck football games keep us entertained, and I love, love, LOVE the holidays!

Our neighbor, Ruth, loves taking photos around our neighborhood. Our tree in the front yard has been featured on her blog a few times. On Monday, she gathered the kids and took pictures in the leaves. Too cute!
