Lone Pine Farm

Lone Pine Farm was the location of another adventure. Fall always reminds me of this place. First stop was the store, and we grabbed some snack for Bella to take to preschool the next day. While in line, I noticed the "Mining Store." There were several different types of bags filled with sand you could purchase and take outside to pan for goodies. Being the sucker that I am, I bought one for Bella filled with stones. (Seriously, I bought the cheapest one for $4.99. They must make a killing selling rocks and sand. How did I not think of this?)

Behind the store is a big water feature with a track that flows with water and screens to pan with. Bella was so excited!

I dumped the sand into the screen filter, and she went to work.

TREASURES!

Next stop was the animals. We fed the goats, of course!

Finally, we hit up the playground for a little swinging. What a great adventure!
