Olympic Trials

A few weeks ago, the Olympic trials for track and field were held here in Eugene. I won some tickets from a radio contest, so Bella and I met my parents there for some action. Our seats were fantastic! They were in the west grandstand, under the cover, where all the action took place.

We also got passes to the sponsor tent where they had free food and beverages. I had a wedge salad, pulled pork sandwich, cookies, and soda. It was so yummy! Bella only wanted yogurt.

In the late afternoon it began to rain, so Bella and I headed home and left my tickets to my parents. It was a fun, free afternoon.

Also, I am totally counting this as a half a point on my 30 before 30 list.
