Summer Projects, Part 1

One of the reasons Jose didn't join us in Portland was that the weather was supposed to be really nice. We have quite a list of summer projects to complete, and painting the house was a major one. So while we frolicked at the parade, Jose was busy preparing the house.

Sunday morning, Bella and I joined Jose outside as he finished his prep work. It was sunny and blue, a perfect painting day.

Off we went to Home Depot for the paint, supplies, and a paint sprayer.

I put Bella down for a nap while Jose got started with the paint. Once she was asleep I joined him outside to assist. And then....

It started to rain.

So we put everything away, returned the spayer, and went to dinner at Elmer's instead.
