October Activities- Football, Pumpkin Patch, and Halloween

October was a busy month for us. I love fall, and always get really excited about all the festivities during this time.

We spent some time at the library. On the weekends they have lots of activities for kids to do: reading to dogs, coloring, crafts, story time. The girls had fun making prints at the craft table.
Natalia also did some cheetah wrestling.

We attended our annual Churchill High School football game. This spring, we moved right down the street from our old high school, and we can hear the Friday night games. We had fun taking the girls to see one. They had fun eating hot dogs.
Also, high schoolers now look like babies.

We also went to the Great Rotary Duck Race this year. Sadly, our duck did not win.

Rainy fall days also bring indoor activities. Bounce gymnastics is always a crowd favorite. The open gym times are a little bit crazy, but the girls love playing together on the equipment.

We paid a visit to a local pet store and Bella got to hold a bunny. This totally made her day! Natalia was a little bit freaked out by the birds.
This is what happens when you let a two year old pick out her own outfit. Lots of stripes, sandals, and a headband.
We also spent some time outdoors (when it wasn't raining). Once again, we ventured to Thistledown Farm to run through the hay maze, hang out with goats, and pick out pumpkins.
I am pretty sure they wanted to take this one home with us.
The girls continue to love school, especially craft time. We have lots and lots of paintings.
October also brought Bella's visit to the dentist. Her dentist just got a new office and it is decorated like a British bus stop. It is very cute! The girls liked playing in the double decker bus.
Bella did amazing! She is cavity free, but they told us she had a loose tooth (at age 4!). I was not mentally prepared for this, but Dr. Ford assured me it was within the normal time frame.
I can't believe how fast these little monkeys are growing up! They are so much fun!
Natalia and I were sick for Halloween, so only Bella and Jose went trick or treating, but they both had fun at their school party.
One of these days I will get caught up to real time updates, but in the meantime I will continue to post so I don't forget these memories!
