November- Hospital Visit and Thanksgiving

One of the fun things about being so behind on blogging is looking back through my pictures on my phone and seeing what I thought was photo worthy.

Apparently Natalia was in a phase where she really wanted to wear non-matching clothes. Here we have a purple zebra hoodie with cheetah pants. Very festive!
In November, I also spent 5 unexpected days in the hospital. After my weird fever and sickness the week before, I continued to have intermittent abdominal pains. During a weekly family dinner at Elmer's, they were so bad that I had my dad take me to urgent care, who sent me to the ER, who admitted me. 5 days of no eating, lots of tests, and 2 surgeries later I was gallbladder-less and hernia free. It was not my favorite, but I have since learned that lots of small, strange issues were actually my gallbladder acting up. Since then, I have felt wonderful!

P.S. I was not really this happy, but was glad I was getting seen in the ER after a 3 hour wait.
Jose spent most of the time like this. It was the night of the Oregon-Utah game.
We spent the next week hanging out at home.
Oh, in case you were curious Nina is still alive and kicking. She is blind, lost all of her under-fur, and is still getting 2 insulin shots a day. We never thought she would make it this long!
I have no clue what is going on here. Dinner of taco soup and fruit salad and a robot dance?
We spent Thanksgiving at my parents' house again with all the family. I was still on a restricted diet at the time, so we didn't have broccoli cheese casserole. So sad!
After Thanksgiving comes putting out the Christmas decor. We happened to be at my parents' house when they brought down the boxes and got this gem of a picture.

At he end of November, Bella lost her first tooth! After weeks of whining, she showed me this:
So I did this:
She was so happy, and the tooth fairy brought her $5!

To end November, we braved the craziness of Bounce again. One of these days I will have to sign them up for classes again, but right now they are not at good times for our schedule.
