Lindsay and Devin's Wedding

In September, the girls and I flew to Colorado to attend my cousin's wedding. This was also the week of Stephanie's birthday, so Jose went with his parents to North Carolina the same time we were gone. He missed the fun!

Since this was only the second time Natalia had flown, I planned ahead in the snack department. We drove up to Portland, then into Denver. There was a huge meltdown in the PDX parking lot since Bella woke Natalia up from a nap by yelling, "WAKE UP, SISSY!" in her face. Once we had wrangled our baggage onto the parking lot shuttle she had calmed down. The girls were so great on the airplane, and the trip to the Denver Airport Hotel was easy and uneventful. We spent the first night in Denver playing in the pool and ordering pizza!

The next morning, Jill and Josh flew in from DC and picked us up at our hotel. After a long drive to Steamboat Springs which Bella said was not fun, we arrived at our beautiful hotel at the base of Steamboat Ski Area. My family went off to a fancy dinner at another hotel, and we ordered room service and went to the pool. (Do you see a pattern?) Since my dad has super duper Starwood points, he got two suites and a regular room. One of the suites had double beds, so Josh and Jill nicely let us have it. It was gigantic!

The next day we had brunch in town, then played at the park before nap time. Then, the wedding! It was so fun to see our family and dance the night away. Natalia and Bella loved their dinners, then watched Frozen before the dance party!

We had a wonderful time, and can't wait for the next family wedding.
