As usual, we all went to my parents' house for Thanksgiving dinner this year. Earlier in the week, Bella and my mom made some delicious pumpkin soup and roasted pumpkin seeds. Yum!
Dad grilled the turkey while Jose stood by ready to carve.
My mom, Bella, and I donned festive aprons to cook. My mom got motivated early and almost all the food was prepared by the time I arrived at 2 to help.
Bella enjoyed some appetizers while we waited.
Natalia enjoyed some books while she waited.
This was the first year that both of my sisters went elsewhere, so it was a small event. Jose's parents joined us, and we had a wonderful time! It was also Jose Sr.'s birthday, so he got to experience a birthday parade.
