I realize that it is your busy time of year, but I ordered my new heat pump a week and a half ago. You still haven't received approval from headquarters to schedule our installation, which is just ridiculous! I just thought you should know that my house is 80 degrees. I will send you the bill for my tent if I have to sleep outside tonight.
