Exactly nine years ago this week, Jose and I bought this little gem.
It was during the beginning of the real estate boom, and we were so excited to find such a great house in our price range. Since then, we (and by we I mean Jose) have made so many improvements to the house: new floors, new paint, new roof, new sprinkler system, new heat pump, new gutters. It is now just the way we want it. It has been the perfect house for us! But, our family of two is now a family of four and a dog. We are out of room. We are so sad to leave our sweet little neighborhood (Bella is especially sad to leave her buddies next door), but it is time.
After several months of keeping our house squeakly clean for buyers, and several months of finding houses we love just to have them sold, we are done!
In 30 days we will be moving here. We are so excited to have more space!
