I'm A Survivor

This past week, we all had the stomach flu. Bella got it first, then passed it to Jose and I. I will spare you the details except to say that being pregnant and projectile vomiting on the side of a busy highway is not a fun combination. Also, thanks to the nice man who stopped and offered to call me an ambulance.

Before she got sick, Bella had fun having a picnic with our neighbors earlier in the week.

We got well just in time to enjoy the nice sunny weekend. Lately, it has been rainy all week then sunny on the weekend. Not a bad combination! We spent our time washing cars, lounging outside, and playing at the park.

However, park play does come with hazards. Bella took a slide to the face on Sunday. It looks much better now! When Bella first saw it, she got a big smile on her face. I asked her if she liked it. She said, "Yes. It makes me look tough." Haha! She is too funny.
