Thursday Craziness

Yesterday we had a very fun, yet very busy, day. It started off with a trip to the library. Then, off to visit Gramma Jamma at work.

Next stop, lunch and a trip to Fern Ridge to play on the swings. Bella was also fascinated by the boats. We went to go put our feet in the water, but as we got close enough to touch it Bella said, "Ew, yucky." It did smell kind of gross. So, we threw some rocks in instead.

After nap time, Bella played in her table fort for a while, then we headed down to campus for some frozen yogurt.

Softy Bear came along, too! After insisting that I put on strawberries and blueberries, Bella refused to eat either and instead spit them back in the container.

Our final destination was the Pearl St. Block Party. I got a free chair massage, my mom got some ice cream (which Bella shared), and Bella got pizza, a cookie, a balloon, a monkey balloon animal, a painted rock, and an ice cream sandwich.

They had lots of giveaways and live music. This band, The Whiskey Chasers, was my favorite. I need the instrument that the woman was playing. Amazing!

After dinner, we wound down with a bubble bath. I probably could have skipped the bath and just passed out, but Bella insisted.

Work seems relaxing in comparison to my days off!
