On August 29th, Isabella was baptized! It was a beautiful ceremony, officiated by Gramma Jamma. We were so happy to be surrounded by friends and family for this special occasion. It was a very busy weekend!
On Thursday and Friday everyone arrived. We had many family dinners, playtime with Bella, games of Snakes and Ladders (aka Badonkadonk), and a baby shower for Jose's cousins, Yadira and Will.

Sunday we had church and the baptism, followed by brunch at my parents' house. Our neighbor, Ruth, came to take pictures for us. What a fun weekend!
Bella was an active participant! She loves water.
She smiled and talked the whole time.
Bella was baptized with Holy Water from the home of Mary, Mother of Jesus. My mom and dad bought it when they took the pilgrimage to Turkey earlier this year.
