The Rose Parade

Last weekend, Bella and I traveled with my sister, mom, and dad to Portland for the Rose Festival. My dad's business is one of the sponsers, so they get great tickets to the parade VIP section.

Friday, I left work early and we all drove up together. Miraculously, Bella fell asleep in the car!

Friday night was spent having snacks in the club room, dining at Elmer's, and swimming! Bella was a little hesitant at first of the big pool, but she LOVED the hot tub.

The next morning, we took the max downtown for the parade.

They had a delicious breakfast, and we had a chance to snack before the parade began. Bella was very excited for each of the parade entrants and made a list of all the things she "needs." In case you want to help her out, she has requested a big drum, a white horse, and a llama.
